Compensation: $40,000 - $45,000/year

Job Overview

We are currently seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing team and help amplify our brand’s presence online. This role is ideal for someone who is creative, data-driven, and passionate about women's wellness. You’ll be responsible for developing and executing campaigns across various digital platforms to engage our community and drive growth.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across email, social media, paid ads, and other digital channels
  • Manage and grow Pink Stork’s presence on platforms like Meta, Google, Pinterest, and TikTok
  • Develop and schedule content in collaboration with our creative team
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve results
  • Manage SEO/SEM efforts to improve website visibility and traffic
  • Support influencer and affiliate marketing efforts
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and platform updates to keep strategies current and effective
  • Contribute to product launches and seasonal marketing initiatives

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in e-commerce or consumer goods
  • Strong understanding of paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
  • Experience with email marketing tools (e.g., Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Shopify)
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices and tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs)
  • Proficiency with analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite)
  • Creative mindset with strong writing and content development skills
  • Passion for women’s wellness and mission-driven brands
