At HTI, the Inside Sales Representative plays a critical sales role within our Sales team for the Professional & Skilled Trades (PRO) group, directly responsible for identifying, pursuing, and qualifying new business opportunities. This is not an admin or support role—as the Inside Sales Representative , you are a quota-carrying sales rep assigned to one of our most in-demand product lines.
Using HTI’s Sales Strategy & Process—you’ll take full ownership of prospecting, outbound outreach, and pipeline development for clients hiring salaried professionals and skilled trades talent. You’ll build strong relationships, position HTI’s solutions, and convert cold leads into warm opportunities for our recruiting and client teams.
The Insides Sales Representative is a high-energy role requiring tenacity, discipline, and strong communication skills . You must be driven, resilient, and unafraid of high-volume outreach and rejection.
