Job Description

QUIKRETE, a leading producer of packaged products, is seeking a full-time Internal Communications Lead, as part of our HR team , at our corporate headquarters in Atlanta, GA.

As an Internal Communications Lead, you will be responsible for developing and delivering internal corporate communications to our team members, adapting the messages and channels to the different audiences.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning : Design and implement innovative communication initiatives, strategies, and plans in collaboration with HR leadership group. identifying and creating communications channels for employees and management that helps to create efficiency & engagement.
• Content Creation : Lead and organize the creation of high-quality content for multiple channels.
• Brand Management : Ensure consistent messaging across all communications and uphold the organization’s brand voice, tone, and visual identity.
• CMS (content management systems): Management of email marketing platforms, email, and text distribution systems/platforms.
• Analytics & Reporting : Monitor and measure the effectiveness of communication strategies and campaigns. Provide regular reports with actionable insights into leadership.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in public relations, communications, journalism, marketing, or other relevant degree.
• Proven experience (3+ years) in communications, with prior work in human resources.
• Proven experience optimizing communication channels either through deductive reasoning, conflict resolution, troubleshooting or technology.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to diverse audiences.
• Experience in copywriting & editing.
• Solid understanding of project management principles and can effectively manage through a fast-paced environment with competing demands.
• Prefer experiences working with large employee populations that are unwired and work in an operations or manufacturing environment.
• Experience with content management systems (CMS), email marketing platforms, and analytics tools.
• Proficient knowledge of MS Office, and design tools / apps and related systems (Canvas, Adobe, or similar)
• Spanish is a plus!

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
