Job Description

Position: Operations & Product Operations Analyst (Hybrid)

Location: San Francisco, CA (Hybrid)

Contract Duration: July 21, 2025 – December 31, 2025

Pay Rate: Up to $43.75/hour

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations & Product Operations Analyst to support our Planning Operations Managers across both global and regional clusters. This hybrid role combines operations analysis with product operations responsibilities and requires strong planning acumen, business insight, and a hands-on, solutions-driven approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Operations team in managing the Go-To-Market (GTM) calendar, including milestone tracking, cross-functional coordination, and response to ad-hoc events.
  • Assist in documenting new GTM processes and milestones, providing high-level follow-ups in collaboration with the Global Operations team.
  • Co-lead project planning sessions and drive end-to-end project execution, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
  • Provide administrative and coordination support across teams for ongoing projects and initiatives.
  • Partner with Operations Managers on data analysis and reporting tasks, including S&OP, Fill Rate reporting, and Excess & Obsolete (E&O) inventory analysis, by collaborating with both Global and Regional Planning teams.
  • Consolidate and validate data from multiple sources, troubleshoot discrepancies, and ensure data integrity.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement; present findings through clear and compelling storytelling.
  • Continuously seek and implement process improvements, automation opportunities, and efficiency gains.

About You

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred; a combination of at least five years of college education and relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Experience: 1–2 years in an operations or business support role.
  • Strong skills in process documentation and mapping.
  • Proactive, innovative, and collaborative mindset with a passion for testing and implementing new ideas.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with a sharp attention to detail.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas, data merging, charts) and PowerPoint.
  • Curious and motivated self-starter with a continuous learning attitude.
  • Background in Planning, Inventory Management, or Finance is a plus.
