Provides ongoing observation of patients unable to maintain their own personal safety. Requirements: High school education or equivalent. Previous hospital experience preferred. Good communication skills. Ability to operate hand-held two-way radio. Must be willing and able to sit for long periods of time monitoring patients safety. The final pay rate offered may be more than the posted range based on several factors including but not limited to: licensure, certifications, work experience, education, knowledge, demonstrated abilities, internal equity, market data, and more.
