OVERVIEW: The Quality Manager is responsible for overseeing and ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety in the production of aseptic/ESL milk products. This role involves developing, implementing, and managing quality assurance and control systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and continuously improving processes to maintain product integrity and customer satisfaction.
The QA Manager is a crucial member of our senior management team, reporting to the Plant Manager. This role requires an inspiring and collaborative leader and team builder with great people and communication skills .
