Experience in customer service (preferred but not required)

Must be available evenings, weekends, and holidays
Responsibilities:
Greet and seat guests with a friendly and professional demeanor
Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently
Answer phones and assist with guest inquiries
Keep the front-of-house area clean and organized
Collaborate with the waitstaff to ensure a smooth dining experience
