Hello,
We’re Snow Dogs, a fast-growing snow removal company focused on commercial properties across North York and Markham. We’re hiring experienced operators who own their own truck and plow for the 2025 winter season. We’re looking for teams of 2 or more to join our snow removal operation for the upcoming winter season. If you take pride in doing quality work and are ready to respond whenever snow falls — even on holidays — we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Do:
Remove snow and ice from commercial lots and plazas, and apply salt or de-icing agents to ensure safe, clear surfaces for vehicles and pedestrians.
Respond to snow events promptly (early mornings, nights, on-call)
Maintain detailed records and take job-site photos per our protocols
What We Offer:
Pay: $130/hour CAD or flat seasonal rates (based on assigned routes)
Biweekly payment, always on time
Salt and deicing materials provided
Fuel subsidy + equipment support (spreaders, blowers, shovels as needed)
Fixed routes – you’ll know your properties ahead of time
Covered under our General Commercial Liability (GCL) insurance as a seasonal employee
What You Bring:
Your own truck and plow (required)
Snow removal experience with commercial sites preferred
Reliability, communication, and ability to follow protocol
