From consumer devices like smartwatches and routers, to large-scale infrastructure such as data centers and network operations centers (NOCs) — nothing will be left unsecured. We’re building an elite team of Top-Level Security Consultants to design and lead the next generation of cryptographic protection , with a strong focus on Post-Quantum Cryptography (PQC) . This is a career-defining opportunity to shape the future of telecom security on a global scale. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement cryptographic solutions to protect telecommunications infrastructure against quantum threats. Lead security assessments, develop security architectures, and advise on cryptographic protocols, including PKI, TLS, IPsec, X.509, Secure Boot, and Certificate Lifecycle Management. Stay updated on emerging PQC standards, especially NIST PQC guidelines, and contribute to migration strategies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quantum-resistant security measures into existing systems. Conduct research on lattice-based, code-based, or multivariate cryptographic schemes and assess their applicability. Communicate complex security concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively. Experience Required: Proven experience in high-level security architecture or consulting roles within large-scale environments. Deep understanding of cryptographic protocols including PKI, TLS, IPsec, X.509, Secure Boot, and Certificate Lifecycle Management. Familiarity with or keen interest in Post-Quantum Cryptography. Experience with lattice-based, code-based, or multivariate cryptographic schemes is a plus. Knowledge of NIST PQC standards and migration guidelines. Willingness to learn new technologies quickly, especially PQC. Experience in securing embedded systems, IoT devices, or telecom infrastructure is advantageous. Strong stakeholder communication skills and leadership in security discussions. Passion for advancing cybersecurity frontiers. Preferred Skills: Experience in Telecom, IoT, or Infrastructure Security. Knowledge of crypto-agility frameworks, hardware security modules (HSMs), secure enclave technologies, or Trusted Execution Environments (TEEs).
