A minimum of four (4) years of Banner ERP and programming experience. Experience with Oracle database developer expertise including SQL , PL/ SQL , database functions and procedures. Experience with Oracle SQL development environment such as Toad or SQL Developer Strong SQL skills and experience with BI/reporting tools such as Argos or Power BI. Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical solutions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration. Desired Qualifications Experience with cloud-based BI platforms and data warehouses. Familiarity with APIs, ETL processes, and system integrations in a higher ed setting. Understanding of higher education operations, including student records, financial aid, HR, and finance. Knowledge of BDM , Ethos, Banner Extensibility, Banner Workflow. Knowledge of Linux shell script and or Cron experience. Position Purpose The System Integrator plays a key role in supporting institutional decision-making by optimizing business processes, managing data analytics, and enhancing reporting capabilities within the Ellucian Banner ERP and related system. This position serves as a liaison between technical teams and functional users across campus, ensuring efficient use of Banner and BI tools to drive strategic initiatives within Oakland University.
