1. How to Request Deletion

You may request deletion of your personal data by contacting Royalty Technology through any of the following channels:

• WhatsApp: Send a deletion request on WhatsApp
• Phone: 0672400489

Please use the subject or opening message “Data Deletion Request” so we can process your request faster.

2. Information to Include

To help us identify your record correctly, include the following where applicable:

• Your full name
• Your phone number used with our service or WhatsApp communication
• Your email address, if applicable
• A short description of the service, project, order, or conversation connected to the data
• Any reference number, order number, event name, or support detail that helps us locate your information

3. What Happens Next

• We will review your request and may contact you to verify ownership or clarify details.
• Once verified, we will delete eligible personal data from our active systems within a reasonable period.
• We may confirm by email, WhatsApp, or phone after the request is completed.

4. Data That May Be Retained

In some cases, we may retain limited information where necessary for:

• Legal, regulatory, tax, or accounting compliance
• Security, fraud prevention, or abuse prevention
• Resolving disputes or enforcing agreements
• Backup retention for a limited period before scheduled deletion

Where complete deletion is not immediately possible, we will restrict use of the retained data to only those necessary purposes.
