Clients and app users can request removal of personal data held by Royalty Technology where legally and technically possible.
How to request deletion
Send a WhatsApp message with your full name, phone number, app/system name and the data you want deleted. We may verify ownership before processing.

Some records may be retained when required for legal, financial, security or service warranty reasons. We will explain what can be removed and what must be retained.
