WhatsApp, SMS and messaging channels

Much of our client communication happens over WhatsApp and SMS. When you contact us through WhatsApp, your message and phone number are processed by that platform under its own terms and privacy policy, in addition to this one.

Where a client system we build sends notifications, reminders or transaction messages on the client's behalf, Royalty Technology processes that data on behalf of the client organisation that operates the system.

Third-party services

We rely on third parties for hosting, messaging delivery and related infrastructure. These providers process information only as needed to deliver their service to us. We do not sell personal information.

Cookies

This website uses only the cookies required for pages to function correctly. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies on this website.

Data security

We protect information using controlled administrator access, secure hosting practices and limited public visibility.

Public service tracking does not display full phone numbers.
