These terms apply to your use of this website and to the services Royalty Technology provides. Individual projects are also governed by the specific quotation, scope and agreement issued for that project. Where a signed project agreement differs from these terms, the project agreement applies.

Using this website

You may use this website to learn about our services, request a quotation, submit a support request and track existing work. You agree not to use it in a way that disrupts the site or attempts to access systems or data you are not authorised to access.

Quotations and project work

Information on this website is a description of the services we offer. It is not a binding quotation. Prices, timelines and scope are confirmed in writing for each project before work begins.

Client responsibilities

To deliver work correctly, we rely on clients to:

• Provide accurate information about the requirement
• Give timely feedback and approvals
• Provide access to systems, sites or accounts where the work requires it
• Keep their own login credentials secure

Software, licensing and ownership

Ownership and licensing of delivered software is set out in the agreement for each project. Source code, systems and digital products supplied by Royalty Technology may not be resold or redistributed unless the applicable licence expressly allows it.

Support and maintenance

Support and maintenance are provided according to the terms agreed for each project or support arrangement. Work outside that scope is quoted separately.

Third-party platforms

Some solutions we build rely on third-party platforms and APIs, including messaging platforms. Those platforms are operated by their providers under their own terms, and their availability and rules are outside our control.

Privacy

Information submitted through this website is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as our services change. The current version is always published on this page.
